Door access system (Intercom) for this 12 apartment block in Chester. This is 1 of 7 new buildings that is currently being built on a new site for Chester Council.Each apartment has a handset at there front door which is linked back to the main controller in the landlords secured area. A visitor can call the apartment from the main door station and if needed to the tenant can release the door giving the visitor access. We have also installed a door controller so that the tenants can use fobs or a code to enter. These can be programmed off site and sent to the tenants when needed. This save site visits/callout to program fobs (saving the customer money)
